Limnocalanus macrurus

Limnocalanus is the second largest species of calanoid copepod found in the area. It can be easily distinguished by the elongated urosome and prominent feeding basket. Unlike in other species in the area, the fifth swimming leg looks fairly similar to the other appendages.
