Skistodiaptomus sp.

Skistodiaptomus is a common genus in Lake Champlain. Historically, the species has been identified as S. oregonensis. Genetic barcoding, however, indicates that for at least part of the year, S. pallidus is present in the Lake Champlain copepod community.
